People’s daily life are experiencing earthshaking changes due to COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing became the new social norm. As most people are required to stay at home, some of our colleagues are fighting at the frontline for our shared future.
Wuhan
Our frontline colleagues in Wuhan did a remarkable job of confronting the sudden outbreak. They were facing the unknown at that moment, installing devices in places that are perceived as high-risk places for COVID-19 exposure by the public. But not a single complaint was heard as they only think of saving lives. What happened in Wuhan was memorable and definitely part of EDAN’s history.
Overseas
Thanks to our local staff members, EDAN is able to give direct support to healthcare systems around the world, especially to the hard-hit areas. Like our colleagues in the UK, traveling in between cities to cooperate with the NHS (National Health Service). They are battling against the outbreak for their nation, and also for the world.
Services during COVID-19
Our field service engineers in China already devoted themselves to hospitals in needs as the outbreak is controlled and most part in China has back to their normal life. They serve as the backbone for hospitals, keeping the system up and operational.
While engineers in China can do their job onsite, EDAN’s regional engineers for overseas services quickly adapt their work routine to long-distance work mode, due to the travel restrictions caused by COVID-19. Sufficient training materials are prepared and created to ensure off-site work is carried out smoothly.
The whole team is pushing themselves to the limit. Chopping off the obstacles in between, t杭朱hey meet every situation with a strong mind. Save lives is what we all wan季二t at the moment. Like what we said from the very beginning, United We Stand.
